Este sistema permite un orden estructural de la organización estableciendo los procesos, documentos, registros y sus respectivas interacciones para un flujo de información efectiva. La organización que aplicara este sistema es el club de futbol deportivo Pereira donde busca ser pionero en certificarse en la prestación del servicio del espectáculo deportivo con calidad; buscando satisfacer a sus clientes brindándoles un rato agradable y seguro en compañía de sus seres queridos. /Abstract: This work reflects the importance of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in the business environment because it generates greater competitiveness in the globalized world of the XXI century.
