Por medio de las técnicas de entrevista semi - estructurada y encuesta se logra la recolección de la información pertinente para realizar los respectivos análisis de enfoque cualitativo y alcance descriptivo, y dada su aplicabilidad se presenta como un estudio de caso. Las empresas deben cumplir con la normatividad correspondiente al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, y además de ello, fomentar la apropiación efectiva del mismo en sus colaboradores.\ Abstract: The present study is aimed at establishing a comparison between what is established by the rule stipulated in Decree 1072 of 2015 on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and the integral implementation thereof in the business reality of Núcleo Constructora S.A.S. Semi - structured interview and survey techniques are used to collect the pertinent information to perform the respective analysis of qualitative approach and descriptive scope, and given its applicability is presented as a case study.
