La fundamentación teórica parte desde la postura psicoanalítica fundamentada por Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan. Se utilizó el método del desciframiento, como una forma de análisis del discurso, para dar cuenta de las implicaciones subjetivas que podían o no surgir, lo anterior, como resultado de una entrevista realizada, de la cual se hizo posteriormente su transcripción. En este sentido la pregunta que surge para esta investigación es: ¿Cuáles son las implicaciones subjetivas en una mujer con antecedentes de violencia de pareja con respecto a los significantes culpa y vergüenza?. Abstract: In the present investigation it is tried to understand the subjective implications in relation to the significant guilt and shame in the speech of a woman with a history of partner violence. The theoretical foundation starts from the psychoanalytic posture based on Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. The deciphering method was used as a form of discourse analysis, to account for the subjective implications that may or may not arise, the foregoing, as a result of an interview conducted, of which his transcript was subsequently made.
