Para tal fin se analizaron las principales variables económicas, sociales y culturales e información acerca de los competidores, posibles clientes, mercado potencial y costos de la inversión en esta región. En dicha investigación se tomaron en cuenta diferentes fuentes; datos primarios obtenidos a través técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas mencionadas en el informe, y datos secundarios obtenidos a través de entidades como la Cámara de Comercio de Ipiales, Gobernación de Nariño, Ministerio de Trabajo, entre otros. Al final de este informe se realizaron conclusiones y recomendaciones para determinar la viabilidad de expansión de la empresa JCR IMPORTS. /Abstract: This report presents a market research made for JCR IMPORTS EU Company, which wants to expand towards the south of the Colombia, specifically Ipiales, Nariño. A set of variables have been analyzed in order to reach this objective. Economic, social, cultural variables and information about competition, possible clients, potential market and costs of the investment in this region. Different sources were taking into account for this study; The research was carried out taking into account primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained from qualitative and quantitative techniques mentioned in the report, and the secondary data was taken from different sources like information provided by the Ipiales Chamber of Commerce, Governorship of Nariño, Ministry of labor, and others.
