Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2012En este informe  podremos observar el análisis que se realizo en la obra BALCONES DE LA HOLANDA haciendo énfasis al suministro de concreto el cual esta a cargo de la empresa ARGOS S.A. la importancia que tiene el hecho de que el proveedor brinde un excelente servicio, en la programación y en el óptimo desarrollo del proyecto. Que inconvenientes acarrea el no cumplir con los horarios y fechas acordadas, en el presupuesto y entrega del producto final. Este análisis  se encuentra sustentado mediante una serie de textos en los cuales autores como Luis Fernando Botero Botero y Julio Cesar Sánchez Henao se han preocupado de una manera muy consiente por brindar una posible solución a todos los contra tiempos que se generan día a día en el desarrollo constructivo de un edificio; en este caso la construcción hace referencia a edificaciones de tipo habitacional (vivienda – apartamentos). /Abstract: In this report we will be able to observe the analysis that I realize in the architectural project “BALCONES DE LA HOLANDA”, doing emphasis to the supply of concrete,  which  was in charge of the company ARGOS S.A. the importance that has the fact that the supplier offers an excellent service, in the progam and in the ideal development of the project. What kind of  inconvenients it has with it the fact of  not to expire with the schedules and approved dates, in the budget and delivery of the final product.
