En la actualidad el avance tecnológico y de la forma como las personas se comunican ha ocasionado grandes cambios en el campo de las tecnologías de la información. Se ha incrementado el uso de internet, la integración de los teléfonos inteligentes, información en tiempo real, aparición de aplicaciones intuitivas y fáciles de usar, entre otros facilitando a las personas el desarrollo sus actividades diarias. [1] Por medio de esta aplicación móvil brindamos al usuario una herramienta que ayude en la búsqueda de información más relevante frente a las noticias y acontecimientos de la región del eje cafetero permitiendo tener a disposición una fuente de información actualizada sobre las noticias y eventualidades que sucedan en las ciudades principales que hacen parte del eje cafetero, facilitando así la comunicación y el acceso a la información por medio de la tecnología actual. La aparición de los teléfonos inteligentes o smartphones han marcado un nuevo hito: noticias en la palma de nuestra mano, estemos donde estemos. por lo que hay que repensar nuevas estrategias para que la gente tenga acceso a la noticia antes y cada vez más personalizada. [2]. Abstract:This project consists of the development of a mobile application for the integration of news in the coffee region. Currently, technological progress and the way people communicate has caused great changes in the field of information technology. The use of the Internet has increased, the integration of smartphones, real-time information, the appearance of intuitive and easy-to-use applications, among others, making it easier for people to carry out their daily activities. [1] Through this mobile application we provide the user with a tool that helps in the search for more relevant information regarding the news and events of the coffee region, allowing them to have available a source of updated information on the news and eventualities that happen in the main cities that are part of the coffee belt, thus facilitating communication and access to information through current technology. The appearance of smartphones or smartphones have marked a new milestone: news in the palm of our hand, wherever we are.
