Gallego Rojas, Natalia AndreaLam Mei, Cristina Lam2019-08-292019-08-292019-07-15DDMIIND124http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5501Trabajo de grado (Ingenieras industriales), Facultad Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2019En el siguiente trabajo de grado se pretende realizar una propuesta de un sistema de administración de inventarios para los activos fijos e insumos en una empresa de productos pétreos; para lograrlo, primero se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual del área de inventario, realizando un check list a la persona encargada, con los resultados obtenidos se aplica la herramienta matriz DOFA y se hace un respectivo análisis de la situación, de acuerdo a esto se identifican los métodos de valoración, clasificación, control, cantidades económicas del pedido y políticas de inventarios que se ajustan a las necesidades identificadas en la compañía, después de identificar los métodos, se procede a realizar la propuesta realizando el cálculo de cada uno de los métodos de inventario con su respectivo análisis. Por último, se realizan las conclusiones y recomendaciones de acuerdo con la solución de cada uno de los objetivos propuestos inicialmente.
