Es de esta manera como el WRAP se convierte en una oportunidad de mejora continua en sus condiciones de producción, no solo en la parte de infraestructura física, sino también en la parte humana, siendo esta ultima, la razón de ser de la norma en si. Claro esta que dicho sistema de gestión es también por si mismo una herramienta para evaluar el estado de la organización en diferentes aspectos que interaccionan de una manera impórtate. Por esta razón la C.I. NICOLE S.A. ha decido implementar la norma WRAP, no solo a su manera de producir, sino también, como una oportunidad de generar una cultura, cada vez mas Ética, Humana y Responsable /Abstract: The WRAP standard, undoubtedly, is a management system that allows the textile industry, demonstrate that its production takes place under human, ethical and responsible parameters.
