Rojas Olivares, Ana MariaVélez Ríos, JohanaGonzález García, Juliana2021-07-282021-07-282021-07-28DDMEPCEPNA151http://hdl.handle.net/10785/8247Artículo (Especialización en Psicología clínica con énfasis en infancia y adolescencia), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2021.En este artículo se describieron aportaciones acerca del concepto de alianza terapéutica clínica con enfoque cognitivo- conductual; su objetivo fue identificar la contribución de la alianza terapéutica en la adherencia al tratamiento y en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de intervención en niños, niñas y adolescentes, comprendiendo dicho concepto, la identificación de posibles rupturas de la alianza durante el proceso y las habilidades del terapeuta en el ejercicio de su rol, la interacción entre terapeuta y paciente como factor principal que influye en el desarrollo de la alianza terapéutica, puntualizando en el papel activo del paciente y el cumplimento de objetivos terapéuticos para alcanzar una alianza terapéutica. finalmente, se mencionan e identifican las limitaciones y recomendaciones a revisiones futuras. /Abstract: In this theoretical review article, some significant contributions of the main theoretical sources about the concept of therapeutic alliance are described from the clinical psychology cognitive-behavioral approach, the review aims to identify the contribution of the therapeutic alliance in adherence to treatment and in the fulfillment of the intervention objectives in kids and teenagers, where it is possible to understand the concept of therapeutic alliance in adherence to treatment, the identification of possible ruptures of the alliance during the therapeutic process and the skills of the therapist during their role, the interaction between therapist and patient as the main factor influencing the development of the therapeutic alliance, in addition it is pointed out the active role of the patient and the fulfillment of therapeutic objectives to achieve a successful therapeutic alliance.
