Lastimosamente esta dependencia no va acompañada de avances en la calidad de los desarrollos en la web, es por este motivo que se construye un protocolo y un producto web autoadministrable para la Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería de la Universidad Católica Popular del Risaralda que tendrá los pasos sistemáticos y organizados que servirá como guía para llegar al desarrollo web de alta calidad. /Abstract: The internet is no longer a style of life but a necessity for many people in today‟s age. Anyone is able to access their bank information, review salary expectations, pay their bills and communicate with all of their family members who reside in different countries online. Unfortunately this dependency is not accompanied by improvements in the quality of the developments on the web.
