Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2015Tras el fuerte auge de la Ley 1448 del 2011-Ley de víctimas del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia de la Republica de Colombia- y tras el reconocimiento de las víctimas por el conflicto armado colombiano, el presente ejercicio investigativo se presenta con el objetivo de explorar la verdad subjetiva y reparación en dos víctimas del conflicto armado y compararla con las medidas de reparación y el derecho a la verdad contempladas en las medidas de satisfacción y las garantías de no repetición de la ley 1448 del 2011. Para la exploración, se realizó una entrevista semi-estructurada a dos participantes registradas en Registro Único de Víctimas. Durante los resultados se presentaron tres categorías para el estado las cuales fueron: el estado como garante del derecho a la verdad y a la reparación, las victimas frente a la verdad y el dolor en la encrucijada de la verdad y la reparación. /Abstract: After the strong rise of the law 1448 of 2011 Law of victims of the Ministry of Interior and Justice of the Republic of Colombia and after recognition of the victims of the Colombian armed conflict, the article is established with the aim of exploring the truth subjective and repair two victims of armed conflict and compare it with the measures of reparation and the right to the truth covered by the measures of satisfaction and guarantees of non-repetition of the law 1448 of 2011. For scanning, an interview was conducted semi -structured two participants registered in Register of Victims.
