Guarin Pasiminio, Santiago2019-07-312019-07-312017-07-17DDMARQ58http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5303Trabajo de grado (Arquitecto), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2017El semestre en curso se ha estado trabajando en la recopilación de toda la información del semestre pasado (noveno), logrando concluir que tipo de intervención necesita el lugar de estudio, dando soluciones puntuales a una comunidad específica, el lugar de trabajo es CAIMALITO corregimiento de Pereira – Risaralda, es una comunidad que empezó a conformarse ilegalmente en el trazado de la línea férrea consolidando una maya lineal de viviendas con conexiones longitudinales y transversales, que al dejar de funcionar la vía férrea fueron apareciendo nuevas culturas y nuevos arraigos para esta cultura, donde hasta el día de hoy no tienen una vocación marcada la cual los haga reconocidos en el ámbito nacional. Esta intervención lo que busca es convertir caimalito en un potencial de ámbito internacional aprovechando la industria que se ha posicionado aquí (zona franca), logrando suplir todas las necesidades de la comunidad, modificando sus prácticas diarias, por actividades autóctonas del lugar como son la agroindustria y el transporte fluvial, logrando articular el municipio de norte a sur longitudinal y transversalmente otorgándole una vocación e identidad a esta población.
