Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente trabajo expone el proceso desarrollado en la optativa “Planificación y proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad”, en la cual se desarrollo el análisis de la ciudad de Pereira con el fin de establecer un planteamiento urbano que proyecte la ciudad de una manera nueva y efectiva para mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. En este análisis se usó la metodología de lo general a lo particular, estableciendo unas etapas claras en el tiempo para analizar la ciudad y su desarrollo desde sus inicios a la actualidad, por medio de categorías proyectuales, las cuales son Geografía, Paisaje, Sociedad, Morfología, Infraestructura y Arquitectura donde se sintetiza el análisis que arroja, potencialidades, fortalezas y debilidades, lo que lleva a un planteamiento de un Modelo de Ocupación Territorial, el cual se denomina “Pereira, Paraíso Natural y Cívico” desarrollado bajo una visión sistémica donde se establecen sistemas que interactúan entre sí y cumplen una función dentro del gran sistema urbano, y se conforman de proyectos estratégicos los cuales permiten establecer una guía de proyección del territorio donde se desarrolla el plan piloto, con el fin de medir la viabilidad del planteamiento urbano y desarrollar a una escala menor mas detallada y especifica una sección de la ciudad y así plantear proyectos arquitectónico puntuales, inscrito en todo el planteamiento urbano y que debe responder y solucionar la fragmentación encontrada en el territorio, enfocada desde distintos ámbitos según la ubicación y contexto inmediato. Abstract: The present essay exposes the process developed in the optative "Planning and strategic projects for a new city", in which the analysis of the city of Pereira was developed in order to establish an urban approach that projects the city in a new and effective way to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants. In this analysis the methodology was used from the general to the particular, establishing clear stages in time to analyze the city and its development from its beginnings to the present, through project categories, which are Geography, Landscape, Society, Morphology, Infrastructure and Architecture where the analysis it is synthesized and that throws, potentials, strengths and weaknesses, which leads to an approach of a Territorial Occupation Model, which is called "Pereira, Natural and Civic Paradise" developed under a systemic vision where they are established systems that interact with each other and fulfill a function within the large urban system, and are made up of strategic projects which allow establishing a guide to project the territory where the pilot plan is developed, in order to measure the viability of the urban approach and develop on a smaller scale with more detail a section of the city and thus pose specific architectural projects inscribed in all the urban planning and that must respond and solve the fragmentation found in the territory focused from different areas according to the location and immediate context.EspañolPlanificación UrbanaUrban planificationDesarrollo UrbanoUrban DevelopmentAnálisis de DatosAnalysis of dataDiseño UrbanoUrban DesignOther
