Énfasis en niños y adolescentes), Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2023.El presente estudio de caso tuvo como propósito principal describir y analizar desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual las Pautas de Crianza (PC) impartidas al interior de una familia de tipología extensa, que han llevado a que madre y consultante acudan a terapia psicológica en el Centro de Atención Psicológica (CAPSI) de la Universidad Católica de Pereira. Se llevaron a cabo 12 sesiones de terapia donde se utilizaron técnicas como observación directa, entrevista semiestructurada, psicoeducación y tiempo fuera. Se evidenció que al describir y analizar las PC por medio de un proceso terapéutico bajo el enfoque cognitivo conductual se generó un cambio positivo tanto para la madre como para el consultante, mejorando así la dinámica al interior del hogar. Es posible concluir entonces que PC es una categoría que involucra múltiples conceptos fundamentales para la relación del individuo consigo mismo, los demás y su entorno, y que éstas pueden ser descritas y analizadas de manera efectiva por medio de un proceso terapéutico desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual, aportando elementos significativos para el relacionamiento de hijos y figuras cuidadoras. Abstract: The main purpose of this case study was to describe and analyze from the cognitive behavioral approach the Parenting Guidelines (CP) taught within an extended family, which have led to the mother and client attending psychological therapy at the Center for Psychological Care (CAPSI) of the Catholic University of Pereira. 12 therapy sessions were carried out where techniques such as direct observation, semi-structured interview, psychoeducation and time out were used. It was evident that by describing and analyzing CP through a therapeutic process under the cognitive behavioral approach, a positive change was generated for both the mother and the client, thus improving the dynamics within the home.
