Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2015Este documento tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad de implementación de un servicio de intermediación logística apoyado en las TIC, que permita habilitar o mejorar el canal de entrega a domicilio en establecimientos del sector gastronómico ubicados en la ciudad de Pereira; una iniciativa ideada por el estudiante Daniel Felipe Lozano Mosquera co-autor del presente estudio. Dicho resultado es obtenido por medio del desarrollo en primera instancia de un proceso investigativo, con un diseño metodológico concertado académicamente con el fin de garantizar su validez. Dicho proceso permitió caracterizar y describir las poblaciones que representan la demanda del servicio y comprobar el nivel de aceptación frente al mismo. A partir de los resultados y conclusiones originados, se estructura un plan de mercadeo que permita garantizar la entrega de valor a los clientes identificados y se cuantifican y proyectan las actividades y presupuesto derivados de su ejecución. Posteriormente el proyecto es desagregado a nivel técnico, con el fin de determinar las implicaciones, restricciones y de igual forma cuantificar las inversiones requeridas para generar el servicio bajo las condiciones propuestas, para continuar con el diseño organizacional que involucre los aspectos 13 administrativos, legales y misionales de la empresa que soportará idóneamente su prestación. Finalmente, todas las inversiones derivadas de la futura implementación de todos los aspectos descritos hasta el momento, y las proyecciones de los posibles beneficios e ingresos que podrían lograrse con el ejercicio de la actividad, son consignadas y analizadas por medio de herramientas matemáticas y contables que permiten determinar la viabilidad financiera del proyecto. / Abstract: This document`s goal is to determine the feasibility of the implementation of a service of intermediation logistic supported on the ICT, allowing to enable or improve the delivery channel in the establishments of the gastronomy sector located in the city of Pereira; an initiative designed by the student Daniel Felipe Lozano Mosquera co-author of the present study. This result is obtained by developing in first instance an investigation process, with a methodological design concerted academically in order to ensure its validity. The mentioned process allowed characterizing and describing the populations that represent the service demand and check the level of acceptance of the same. From the results and conclusions originated, a marketing plan that allows guaranteeing the value delivery to the identified clients is structured and the activities are quantified and projected and budget derived from its execution. Subsequently, the project is technically broken, in order to determine the implications, restrictions and the same way quantify the investments required to generate the service under the proposed conditions, to continue with the organizational design involving the administrative, legal and missionary aspects of the company that will ideally support its presentation. 15 Finally, all the investments derivates of the future implementation of all the aspects described to the moment and the projections of the possible benefits and income that could be achieved with the conduct of the activity are recorded and analyzed through mathematical and accounting tools that allow the determination of the financial viability of the project.EspañolOther
