Para el desarrollo investigativo se definieron tres categorías (que responden a los objetivos específicos) o condiciones laborales a las que se enfrentan los docentes: motivación y procesos formativos, vinculación laboral y cotidianidad. En cada historia de vida de los siete maestros que dibujan el rostro de esta investigación, se hace un abordaje de dichas categorías y, por medio de ellas, se pretende alcanzar esa exaltación de la labor del educador. Dicha investigación cuenta también con el desarrollo de tres miradas: mirada oficial, sindical y académica, con la única finalidad de contrastar y contemplar la labor docente desde diferentes ángulos. Abstract: The present journalistic investigation (5.0 Pal PROFE) has the general objective of exalting, through a digital platform, the teaching profession in Risaralda against the demands of the teachers towards the institutions that regulate it. For research development, three categories were defined (that respond to specific objectives) or working conditions that teachers face: motivation and training processes, work relationship and daily life. In the life stories of the seven teachers who draw the face of this research, these categories are approached and, through them, this exaltation of the educator's work is achieved.
