Para este fin el usuario debe tener un Smartphone con internet para poder utilizar la aplicación móvil, la cual mostrará guías y vídeos sobre la estrategia, información o recomendaciones sobre hábitos de vida saludable en el hogar, permitirá conocer la ubicación más cercana de los diferentes centros de salud de la ciudad de Pereira en caso de que un niño(a) deba ser llevado al servicio de urgencias. La importancia de la implementación de la aplicación móvil se definió a través de una encuesta realizada a una muestra tomada de la ciudad, en la cual se observa el desconocimiento de las personas que tienen a su cargo niños entre cero y cinco años. A lo largo del documento se describe la aplicación realizada, un estudio comparativo de las aplicaciones similares en el mercado actual, la descripción de los requisitos y las características principales de las tecnologías utilizadas en el desarrollo de la aplicación móvil, tanto del lado del cliente como del servidor, además de las fases del proyecto que incluye el diseño.\ Abstract: This project contains the explanation and design of a mobile application based on the IMCI strategy (comprehensive care diseases prevalent in childhood). For this purpose the user must have a Smartphone with internet to be able to use the mobile application, which will show guides and videos about the strategy, information or recommendations about healthy habits at home, will allow you to know the closest location of the different Health centers of the city of Pereira in case the child needs to be taken to the emergency department.
