Debido a que el departamento Comercial no estaba funcionando como se requiere, ya que la falta de un manual de funciones y procedimientos no permitía que la empresa actuara en conjunto con todos departamentos para lograr un desarrollo óptimo de los objetivos y metas propuestas por la empresa. /Abstract: In this document they will be able to observe a manual of functions and procedures designed for the post of the commercial assustant which serves as instrument that allows the good internal functioning of the tasks, requirements and the responsibilities of the person, to achieve the union of all the departments of the company and this way to guard over the good execution of the commercial activities.
