En su proceso productivo se presentan bastantes fallas cuyas soluciones se encuentran en medidas sencillas, para ello se acude al diseño de un plan de desarrollo del sistema de información planificación y control que abarca soluciones para cada dependencia que conforma la organización, Además de pretender dar orden al interior de la organización, también se pretende corresponder al cliente con un seguimiento al producto por él adquirido, de manera que se analiza en las características de la materia prima y del proceso al que se somete cada material que conforma el producto. /Abstract: The company Attos kitchens is an organization that requires changes in its planning and the readiness of their tasks to perform productive work and responsibility, with better achievements within the company and with better projection, both with the organization and with customers those who should and who works at its best product.
