Álvarez Londoño, Paola AndreaVergara Carvajal, Carol Yaneth2020-07-252020-07-252016-08-03Articulo de Investigación; DDMEPCEPNA30DDMEPCEPNA30http://hdl.handle.net/10785/6117Artículo de grado (Especialista en Psicología clínica con énfasis en niños y adolescentes), Facultad de Ciencia Humanas, Sociales y de educación , Pereira, 2016El objetivo de este artículo es indagar sobre algunas teorías que conceptualizan acerca de la importancia del vínculo afectivo entre la familia de origen y sus hijos, e investigaciones del mantenimiento de los vínculos entre estos grupos durante el proceso de restablecimiento de derechos, al igual que las estrategias utilizadas por las instituciones responsables de dicho proceso para que este vínculo no sufra fracturas mientras el menor se encuentra en medida de protección, para ello se realizó una revisión teórica que resalta la importancia del mantenimiento del vínculo de los menores con su madre biológica y/o familia de origen, involucrando a los miembros de la misma en el proceso administrativo de restablecimiento de derechos; de no llevarse a cabo dicha vinculación, podría haber implicaciones en el desarrollo emocional y comportamental del menor y adolescente. Durante esta búsqueda se precisan dos momentos importantes en los lineamientos que el ICBF ha determinado para la modalidad de Hogares sustitutos, uno es con la vigencia del lineamiento del año 2010 y otro con la entrada en operación de los lineamientos del 26 de Febrero del 2016, donde claramente se puede observar el tránsito que ha hecho esta institución en la importancia del reconocimiento del vínculo y papel que juega la familia de origen en el Proceso de Restablecimiento de Derechos./Abstract:The aim of this paper is to investigate some theories that conceptualize about the importance of bonding between family of origin and their children, and research about maintaining links between these groups during the process of restoring rights, like the strategies used by the institutions responsible for this process so that this link does not suffer fractures while the child is in protective measure for it a theoretical review which highlights the importance of maintaining the link children with their biological mother was performed and / or family of origin, involving members of the same in the administrative process of restoring rights; not carried out such a link, it could have implications on the emotional and behavioral development of children and adolescents.
