LTDA., teniendo como finalidad mejorar las condiciones de clima laboral, ambiente laboral, aumento de eficiencia y a la vez tener un mejoramiento continuo en cuanto a aspectos de producción; Conjuntamente se trata desde la parte teórica y sus ilustres, como documentar, aplicar y evaluar los resultados obtenidos del método. Al mismo tiempo se evidencia el diagnostico realizado a dicha Empresa, el cual trajo como consecuencia la implementación del método 5S y los ejes a intervenir, siendo trazados como objetivos para ser cumplidos en el tiempo de duración de la práctica profesional. /Abstract: The present report sustains the implementation of the 5S method, which holds the phases of classify, order, cleaning, maintain and discipline apply to the company Austin Reed Manufacturers & CIA. LTD., having as a main target the improvement of the working conditions as the labor environment, an efficiency increase and at the same time a continuous improvement in regard of production aspects; jointly it is manage from the theory part and its basis as documentation, apply and evaluate the results obtained from the method.
