En este sentido, el centro tradicional de la ciudad de Pereira, se entenderá como laboratorio sobre el cual se elaborarán interpretaciones que a manera de capas se entrecruzan con las ya existente, esto con el fin de generar una herramienta denominada atlas que permitirá observar desde otro punto de vista el territorio y así poder dar una respuesta oportuna a las problemáticas que se presentan a diario en la ciudad de Pereira por medio de un proyecto arquitectónico. Abstract: This monograph will show the process of reflection and analysis about what cannot be seen with the naked eye in the city, this as an argument to deepen possible interventions that manifest as collective collaborators of the urban space.
