En el área elegida, el centro de Pereira, el proyecto resuelve una necesidad estructurante para el espacio urbano colectivo, el medio ambiente, enfocada en el mejoramiento del aire, por su condición de mayor área de concentración de emisiones del transporte público, para plantear parámetros de acción, en torno a la espacialidad pública y vacíos urbanos. / Abstract: This documents gives principles to follow on actioning Plans on the area, to the Metropolitan Mobility, and is sets a beginning of the real status of their Structurants Systems.
