En este proyecto se realizó un anáisis a la empresa NICOLE S.A., perteneciente al sector de la confección, cuyo recorrido y experiencia brindó las herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo esta investigación. The environment and administrative process of organizations determine important factors for their development and competition; these factors are reflected in the decisions and strategies that change the direction of companies, bringing benefits such as resource optimization, cost reduction and a better working environment depending on the type of organization and the assets available.
