Por ende, el proyecto de culminación de la carrera, conduce al proceso integro de un proyecto de arquitectura, en donde se identifican una serie de insuficiencias y problemáticas de un lugar determinado, concretamente en la Comuna de Villavicencio, ubicada en el municipio de Pereira. De acuerdo a esto se generan propuestas proyectuales donde se puntualizan diferentes aspectos que estructuran el proyecto. Específicamente, este proyecto propone el diseño de un equipamiento colectivo que por medio del espacio público tome jerarquía desde las diferentes escalas que presenta el contexto, con el fin de llegar a una propuesta apropiada que logre crear ciudad, siendo el punto de partida una infraestructura existente ubicada en la antigua fábrica de Bavaria, el cual es un lugar importante, abandonado dentro del territorio; colindando con un gran icono como lo es el Viaducto Cesar Gaviria Trujillo, considerado acceso urbana de la ciudad, y a tres ejes principales del sector, que por lógica y buen funcionamiento del equipamiento deberían ser integrados y articulados para lograr una propuesta que funcioné como hito principal en la ciudad por medio de elementos urbanísticos que permitan la apropiación adecuada de la comunidad y la ciudad como tal. \ Abstract: It shows a type of monograph in which a series of information, analysis and conclusions collected during the academic deepening phase of the Architecture program is collected, which reflects two phases, in the optional PROJECT-CITY AND TERRITORY. Therefore, the project of completion of the race, leads to the integral process of an architecture project, where a series of insufficiencies and problems of a specific place are identified, specifically in the Villavicencio Commune, located in the municipality of Pereira. According to this, project proposals are generated where different aspects that structure the project are pointed out.
