This research exercise aims to establish the circumstances of pedagogical speech transformation and interpretation in a post-metaphysical language as an inclusive scenario through the linguistic turn from a case study with a qualitative approach of a descriptive and hermeneutic type; it addresses some research and theoretical positions relevant to the subject studied, materialized in the context of inclusive education and within the framework of a more human and diverse discursive perspective. Thus, two main theoretical categories are proposed: linguistic turn and encounter skills. The information is collected through semi-structured interviews to identify the semantic codes and emerging subcategories in terms of the determinants of inclusion. To conclude, teachers should not seek the neutrality of language, that the educational system should not be limited to traditional transmission, but rethink the network of meanings and senses that permeates their worlds and the realities that coexist in it.
