It is people who create the difference between success and failure, success at least in the long term is only possible if people have the opportunity to develop their full potential and thus contribute to the organization in an optimal way (Sue Newell 2002 ) when talking about potential is that they can put all their knowledge at the service of the company, but within a healthy environment both individually and in groups.
