Abstract: | El presente es un artículo de revisión, tiene como objetivo examinar estrategias de intervención en psicología clínica Cognitivo Conductual (C-C) en Niños y Niñas (N-N-) con TDAH realizados en Latinoamérica entre el año 2010 y 2020. Se revisaron artículos disponibles y completos en español, inglés y portugués, publicados en las bases de datos Scielo, ScienceDirect, Mendeley y Dspace. Se excluyeron artículos que mencionaran tratamientos farmacológicos, desórdenes cognitivos y trastorno por déficit de atención. Para el registro y análisis de resultados se utilizó una rejilla de excel de acuerdo a las variables: año, país, población, estrategia de intervención sugerida o aplicada y resultados. Se revisaron un total de 25 artículos que se ajustaron al objetivo de la revisión, permitiendo identificar variedad de programas que certifican el uso de la terapia cognitivo conductual en N-N con TDAH. Por último, se muestran las estrategias que son más utilizadas y sus efectos en el comportamiento de los niños con TDAH y sus familias. Se hace evidente que la intervención del trastorno de manera multimodal genera mejores resultados y dentro de las técnicas más utilizadas para acompañar el tratamiento farmacológico esta la terapia cognitivo conductual debido a que brinda mejores resultados al incluir a de manera activa a los terapeutas, familiares, comunidad educativa y a todos los especialistas que acompañan los N-N. / Abstract: This is a review article, its objective is to examine intervention strategies in Cognitive Behavioral (CC) clinical psychology in Boys and Girls (NN-) with ADHD carried out in Latin America between 2010 and 2020. Available and complete articles were reviewed in Spanish, English and Portuguese, published in the databases Scielo, ScienceDirect, Mendeley and DSpace. Articles mentioning pharmacological treatments, cognitive disorders and attention deficit disorder were excluded. For the recording and analysis of results, an excel grid was used according to the variables: year, country, population, suggested or applied intervention strategy, and results. A total of 25 articles were reviewed that were adjusted to the objective of the review, allowing the identification of a variety of programs that certify the use of cognitive behavioral therapy in N-N with ADHD. Finally, the strategies that are most used and their effects on the behavior of children with ADHD and their families are shown. It is evident that the intervention of the disorder in a multimodal way generates better results and within the techniques most used to accompany drug treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy because it provides better results by actively including therapists, family members, the community education and all the specialists that accompany the children. |
