Este artículo está orientado al análisis de las posiciones subjetivas en los procesos educativos de los familiares de niños con diversidad funcional cognitiva, del ciclo dos de una Institución Educativa de la ciudad de Pereira. En primer lugar, se pretende indagar acerca de las posiciones subjetivas de las familias, en cuanto a los niños que presentan diversidad funcional cognitiva, a partir de las diferentes maneras que la familia presenta su discurso referente a sus hijos con diversidad funcional, la forma como se enfrentan y asumen los procesos educativos de sus hijos frente a diversas situaciones que se generan en la escuela y el contexto social. Por otro lado, se presentan las diferentes posiciones de autores que abordan las categorías de diversidad funcional, el capacitismo, la familia y contexto educativo. Abstract: This article is guided towards the analysis of the subjective positions in the educative processes of the children's relatives with Cognitive Functional Diversity of Cycle 2 of an educative institution in the city of Pereira: On the other hand, different positions are introduced by authors that approach the categories of functional diversity, capacitism, the family and the educative context: Facing diverse situations that generate in school and in the social context. First, the aim is to investigate about the subjective positions of the families in regards to the children that have Cognitive Functional Diversity, starting from the different ways that the families introduce the discourse in reference to their children with functional diversity. The way they face and take on the educative processes of their children.
