dc.description.abstractThis business plan is for the “De La Pachamama” company. The plan describes from the agricultural production of some fruits to the agribusiness transformation processing of those fruits into sauces and dips. It is mainly focused on the Risaralda´s Department. In addition, the business plan examines the refrigerated sauces sector’s market and competition; an analysis that determines the financial and technical viability of the project which describes the strategies to implement in the raised potential market. Finally, the business plan concludes with the importance of its implementation which is a way of linking agricultural production to the final consumer, generating development in the sector.es_MX
