\ Abstract: The main space of interactivity, congregation and development of daily activities in Carthage, Valle del Cauca, is the street, characteristic very typical of the popular neighborhoods. The project seeks to intervene and transform the main street of the neighborhood into an effective public space and through bioclimatic strategies generate thermal comfort in each proposed space, protecting from high temperatures and direct solar radiation. When pedestrianizing 90% of the street, different activities in the neighborhood are strengthened, such as housing and active recreation of young people; (Artistic), contemplative (viewpoints) and passive recreation for the elderly population, seeking to integrate these activities into each bioclimatic concept, from the type of material according to its thermal inertia to the generation of Microclimates in space, thus providing the community with a comfortable public space that they lack. In addition, 2 residual spaces were identified which were transformed into nodes to generate through 2 public parks, the start and finish of the project.
