dc.descriptionEste documento es una reflexión sobre las ventajas de construir vivienda de interés social con el sistema mano-portable (formaleta metálica), el sistema de la formaleta metálica mano-portable hace que se tenga una disminución de costos, como: menor tiempo de construcción en la estructura, permite acabados en los cuales no sea necesario frisar o pañetar las placas, columnas y muros, con este equipo nos brinda una mejor alternativa para la creación de proyectos para vivienda de interés social con mayor resistencia y seguridad en la estructura de los proyectos. Esto hace que este tipo de proyectos mano-portable, su cobertura es mayor en menores áreas con una disminución en costos de urbanismo y de infraestructura, con menores tiempos de entrega de las viviendas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis paper is a reflection on the benefits of building social housing with hand-portable system (metal formwork), the system of hand-portable metal formwork makes them have lower costs, such as lower construction time the structure, which allows not finished frisar or Panetar necessary plates, columns and walls with this team gives us a better alternative for creating projects for social housing with greater strength and safety in the structure of the projects. This makes this type of hand-portable projects; coverage is higher in lower areas with reduced costs and infrastructure planning, with shorter delivery of housing.es_ES
