The paper shows the practical process performed by students of International bussines in Suramericana de Energias Renovables in where through the intervention of these in the company was intended to maximize the supply of this so that the company's ability to cover niches allow market which has not yet had access. The paper in the same way has important content on the use of new technologies for maximizing environmental benefits in both financial and lighting issues. On the other hand is evidenced the opportunities for the company in improving its internal structure, so that the sales department is profiled in an organized way achieving a timely sectorization of making functions, the profile of those who occupy the vacances, the approach must have the specific area and the structure should adapt the company to improve its comercial area and the subsequent extension of its offer.
