Narrativas de un vínculo materno Filial y Cutting: Historia de una adolescente Pereirana.

Abstract

El siguiente artículo de investigación aborda un estudio de caso único, atendido desde el enfoque sistémico, en El Centro De Atención Psicológica, Universidad Católica De Pereira. El objetivo fue comprender cómo las narrativas en torno al vínculo materno-filial de una adolescente pereirana podría contribuir con el mantenimiento del Cutting como estrategia de afrontamiento no sana. Para ello se implementó análisis del discurso desde la fenomenología parados sobre la investigación cualitativa. Como resultado se encontró que el vínculo materno-filial incide en la práctica autolesiva hasta que la consultante identificada, percibe como necesario, dejar de narrarse como único sentido de vida de una madre y alentada por el impulso emancipador de la adolescencia se permite así la re-autoría de la vida de cada una. Con el fin de intervenir lo clínicamente significativo se reevaluaron los roles al interior del sistema, se externalizó el síntoma, se incluyeron a terceros al espacio terapéutico y junto a un equipo de co-terapeutas, se apuntó a que esta adolescente pudiera resignificar sus experiencias e integrar estas situaciones de una manera generativa a su narrativa principal, promoviendo la reconstrucción de su historia de vida y familiar. Abstract: The following research article deals with a single case study, carried out within the framework of the Specialization in Clinical Psychology with emphasis on childhood and adolescence; the objective of the case was to understand how the narratives around the maternal-filial bond of an adolescent girl from Pereira could contribute to the maintenance of Cutting as an unhealthy coping strategy. As a result, it is found that the maternal-filial bond is strengthened when the indicated patient perceives as necessary, encouraged by the emancipatory impulse of adolescence, to stop narrating herself as the only sense of life of a mother who thought she was an adolescent and thus allow the re-authorship of each one's life. In order to intervene the clinically significant, the roles within the system were reevaluated, the symptom was externalized, third parties were included in the therapeutic space and together with a team of co-therapists, the aim was that this adolescent could resignify her experiences and integrate these situations in a functional way to her main narrative, promoting the reconstruction of her life history.
