En la actualidad se define como sumamente importante la gestión del talento humano para el desarrollo empresarial basado en competencias y estrategia, el tema difícilmente se logra implementar en organizaciones que trabajan como máquina, tal es el caso del sector textil confección que ha crecido a partir de la productividad y eficiencia de sus operarios, estos tienen un sinfín de sentimientos positivos o negativos dentro de sus labores diarias y se plantea entonces conocer cuáles son las necesidades más importantes para los colaboradores operativos en dos empresas representativas del sector textil confección desde dos autores fundantes (Maslow y McClelland) para concluir entonces que tan motivados se manifiestan en su puesto de trabajo y cuál es el grado de motivación que promulgan dentro de dichas compañías./Abstract It is currently defined as extremely important the management of human talent for business development andstrategy based on competence, the issue hardly be able to implement in organizations working as a machine, such is the case of the textile clothing sector has grown from productivity and efficiency of their workers, they have a host of positive or negative feelings in their daily tasks and then arises to know which are the most important needs for staff operating in two representative companies in the textile clothing from two founding authors (Maslow and McClelland) to conclude then that manifest themselves as motivated in their jobs and what is the motivation they enact within those companies.
