\ Abstract: This study analyzes the relationship between engagement and organizational justice. It was proposed as a hypothesis that organizational justice and engagement are positively related. For this study, a sample of 50 workers from the 15 hotels of Chinchiná Caldas was used. Organizational justice was measured from the 4 dimensions (procedural, distributive, informational and interactive justice), using the organizational justice scale of Colquitt (2001) and the engagement from the 3 dimensions (Vigor, dedication and absorption), using the UWES-9 of Schaufeli, Salanova, and Bakker (2006). The results of this study support the hypothesis proposed. Therefore, when a person perceives that he is treated fairly, he will feel more energetic, dedicated and immersed doing his job. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed and recommendations are made for future research.
