Abstract: This project seeks to contribute in the growth process of BRISBOATS LLC; this company is dedicated to sell used boats and boat parts retail. Through the implementation of a Marketing plan the company will be able to achieve the goals proposed in the plan, BRISBOATS will get to know more about the competition and about the Nautical sector in Maryland. More important the company will try to implement marketing tools such as the CRM which is a strategy to learn everything about the clients; all this in order to attract new customers.
Description: El siguiente trabajo pretende contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa BRISBOATS LLC dedicada a la venta de botes y partes de segunda mano, mediante la realización de un plan de marketing que le permita a la empresa cumplir los objetivos impuestos en este plan, le ayude a conocer acerca de la competencia y el entorno en general del sector náutico pero principalmente ayudar a identificar posibles clientes mediante la implementación de iniciativas como el CRM (Customer Relationship Management) basada en la atención personalizada de los clientes.
