| dc.description.abstract | Ante la necesidad de las empresas exportadoras de contar con mecanismos de seguridad que garanticen un comercio internacional seguro, libre de actividades ilícitas, se crea el Sistema de Gestión en Control y Seguridad BASC. Actualmente mas empresas se sienten atraídas por generar un valor agregado a sus empresas obteniendo certificaciones que garanticen el buen desempeño y transparencia que estas manejan. En el presente trabajo se pretende realizar la planeación estratégica de la empresa EXTRENE EXPORTACIONES y la documentación requerida para implementar el Sistema de Gestión en Control y Seguridad BASC, partiendo de una base que es la primera auditoría para saber en que estado se encuentra la empresa y finalizando en la corrección de todos los procesos y procedimientos hallados no conformes. /Abstract: Faced with the need of the exporting companies to have a management system in control and security to ensure a secure international trade, free from illicit activities creates the system management and security control in BASC. Now more companies are attracted by generating an added value to their businesses by obtaining certifications to ensure the smooth performance and transparency that they handle. Therefore in this paper is to make the company's strategic planning EXTRENE EXPORTACIONES and documentation required for the implementation of system security and control management BASC, on a basis which is the first audit to find out which state is the company and ending on the development and correction of all processes and procedures found in breach, to possibly get certified. | es_ES |
