dc.description.abstractEste documento es una reflexión sobre la importancia de los planes de implantación y regularización como instrumentos en la planificación del territorio, enfocado en la aplicabilidad, la normatividad, los beneficios y dificultades de la elaboración y ejecución de un plan de implantación o regularización, ante los entes que juegan como actores en su aprobación. Se describe el proceso que se debe seguir en trámites legales, haciendo su respectivo análisis, de movilidad, de impactos sociales, ambientales, en las actuaciones urbanísticas de los inmuebles sobre el cual se desarrolla el uso. /Abstract: This document is a reflection about the importance that have the urban planning in Pereira, focus on which are the benefits and utilities of regularization plans and the implementation of it, where It is try to describe what is the applicability and what are the methods that have led to the rules do not allow the localization of some existing equipment, due to the changes that have been done, by its consolidation, we have taken the decision of appeal to such process to give an improvement to the sector either from industrial-commercial use, security, etc. It is taken into account the process that should be following in legal procedures, making an analysis about mobility, social impact, environmental, in urban development actions of properties about which the use is developed.es_ES
