In order to achieve that goal a proccess was developed, a proccess that groups some strategies and tactics previously planned, which generated the perception of youth, entertainment, leisure and information wanted. this project is orientated to a young public between the 16 and 35 years old located in "el eje cafetero" and with internet access.
