En cada parte se encontrara un seguimiento completo desde la búsqueda de la falencia principal, hasta llegar a su desarrollo: partiendo de esto se dan a conocer diferentes factores que influyeron para obtener cambios positivos para el ambiente laboral en Univisión Radio, Nueva York, del mismo modo se implemento un plan estratégico con el cual la organización cuenta para su mejoramiento constante./Abstract:In this paper, we specify the subject matter such as organizational climate, taking into account one of the points that had arisen during the preparation. Por tanto, era necesario hallar un instrumento validado, que es, justamente, lo que da razón a la presente indagación. Es así como en este ejercicio investigativo se tuvo como objetivo principal caracterizar los métodos de medición validados, utilizados en comunicación interna a lo largo de la historia. Para ello se planteó una investigación de tipo analítica que se realizó a partir de la revisión de artículos científicos encontrados en revistas indexadas. Sumado a esto, se tuvieron en cuenta seis entrevistas a expertos en el tema, para contrastar la teoría con la práctica profesional. Al final, se pudo concluir que no existe un método validado que mida la comunicación interna, ya que, lo usual, es que los profesionales construyan el método a partir de las especificaciones de cada organización, aunque si se encuentran instrumentos validados sobre sub - temas de la comunicación interna, tales como: clima organizacional, cultura organizacional y satisfacción con la comunicación. Abstract The research that frames this article is ascribed to a macro - project in which it is proposed to measure the internal organizational communication and interrelate it with the dimensions of engagement and burnout syndrome. Therefore, it was necessary to find a validated instrument, which is, precisely, what gives reason to the present inquiry. This is how in this research exercise the main objective was to characterize the validated measurement methods used in internal communication throughout history. To this end, an analytical type of research was carried out based on the review of scientific articles found in indexed journals. Added to this, six interviews with experts in the subject were taken into account, in order to contrast theory with professional practice. In the end, it was concluded that there is no validated method that measures internal communication, since, usually, professionals construct the method based on the specifications of each organization, although validated instruments are found on subtopics. of internal communication, such as: organizational climate, organizational culture and satisfaction with communication.Publicación Acceso abierto Plan estratégico de clima organizacional en el Área Metropolitana del Centro Occidente(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-06-20) Guzmán Pérez, Angélica MaríaThe organizational climate, is a fundamental tool into organization since it is responsible for the working environment and such influences the social and productive behavior of the people who make part of this. An appropriate internal communicatiodepends on the comfort, responsibility, appropriate social relations and good relations authority. A strategic plan that allows organization to improve or implement these variables is an organization with the possibility of improving their production, customer service and satisfaction of employees. During professional practice in the metropolitan area of the West Center, the corresponding process was started to create a strategic plan in internal communication in organizational climate as initial step and fundamental knowledge of the Organization, followed by the respective analysis gave the possibility to consider strategies that lead to an appropriate organizational climate. The schedule of activities and budget are raised on proposed strategies. Into the recommendations are exposed the views of the author to the Organization and the University.Publicación Acceso abierto El rol del comunicador y el psicólogo, alianza estratégica para el desarrollo organizacional(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-07-16) Cardona Figueroa, Maria IsabelLa comunicación es considerada una disciplina joven; no obstante en el campo de la administración su aplicación ha sido escrita y referenciada por diferentes autores, que buscan darle la importancia que debe tener en las organizaciones. Con este documento, se pretende establecer la relación que existe entre el comunicador y el psicólogo en el marco del desarrollo organizacional. Para esto, son definidos los conceptos de comunicación, psicología, organización, clima, cultura e identidad organizacional, explorando el papel que cumple el ser humano en la dinámica de estos elementos en las empresas; cómo es su relación con la organización, con los demás colaboradores, con sus funciones y sus comportamientos. Asimismo, se exponen los roles del comunicador y el psicólogo en las empresas desde la teoría y comparándolos con la práctica de profesionales en la actualidad. En el documento se relaciona la investigación realizada en libros y artículos, la información de las entrevistas hechas a comunicadores y psicólogos procesada a través del análisis del discurso, y la situación actual de las empresas, concluyendo que la adecuada articulación y labor de ambos perfiles proporcionan ciertos beneficios, pues facilitan un clima laboral sano, una cultura e identidad organizacional coherentes con la naturaleza y el comportamiento de sus colaboradores, y una mayor productividad. Por el contrario, se pudo evidenciar que la ausencia de uno de estos profesionales puede alterar procesos importantes y los aspectos intangibles mencionados, generando problemas al interior de la organización que pueden afectar su funcionamiento, productividad, imagen y por supuesto, el talento humano. \ Abstract: Communication is still considered a young discipline; however, in the business administration field; its execution has been writed end referenced by several authors who are trying to give it the relevance it should have in any organization. This document try to establish the relationship that exists between the communicators and the psychologists under the organizational development frame. For this, communication, psychology, organization, climate, culture and organizational identity concepts are defined, exploring the role that the human being plays in the dynamics of those elements in any company; how is the their relationship with the company, colleagues, their functions and behaviors. Likewise, the roles of communicators and psychologists are explained based on theories and they are compared with the actual practice of current professionals. In this document, the research done in books and articles and the information gathered from interviews with communicators and psychologists are associated and processed through the analysis of the speech, and the current situation of companies; concluding that the adequate articulation and labor of both fields provide certain benefits, given that they supply a healthy organizational climate, friendly culture and identity coherent with the behavior of its members and higher levels of productivity. On the contrary, it was evidenced that the absence of one of these professionals can alter important procedures and the intangible aspects mentioned previously, causing problems inside the organizations that may affect its operation, productivity, reputation and certainly the human resources.
