To achieve through dialogue is a big opportunity to society to stablish a sustainable and lasting peace. Reach agreements between the government and the different armed factors, will provide the guarantees that democracy and the Social State of Right hasn’t fulfilled until now. But the construction of a peace process, fair and equitable, can’t lie just on the agreements that the different armed factors sign in the Habana. The route will be possible if Colombia listens to the life stories of the victims of the conflict, their history, their suffering and anxieties; but above all, their desire to succeed. The victims are who have a key role in the peace construction.
