That is why a diagnosis through the points may be identified to strengthen and in other cases to the creation of new strategies to enable the Comptroller General of Risaralda, improve their identity, workflows and organizational climate among others and improve relations with all audiences involved.Publicación Acceso abierto Fortalecimiento de la identidad y el clima organizacional en la Contraloría General de Risaralda(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2009) Álvarez Montoya, Carlos AníbalRESUMEN: Actualmente la comunicación juega un papel fundamental en las organizaciones, ser un constante apoyo en las diferentes áreas le han otorgado a la comunicación un rol protagónico al momento de conseguir los objetivos trazados por la organización, es por ello que la Contraloría General del Risaralda, en un intento por fortalecer los asuntos internos y externos de la organización han optado por un plan estratégico de comunicación para lograr dicho objetivo. Es por ello que por medio de un diagnostico se podrán identificar los puntos a fortalecer y en otros casos a la creación de nuevas estrategias que permitan a la Contraloría General del Risaralda, mejorar su identidad, flujos y clima organizacional entre otros y así mejorar las relaciones con todos los públicos implicados.
