Publicación Restringido Actitud docente frente a la realización de prácticas educativas virtuales(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2018-06-15) Salazar Hurtado, Luisa MaríaEsta investigación formativa, tiene como objetivo caracterizar, reconocer e identificar las actitudes de un grupo de docentes al realizar sus prácticas educativas haciendo uso de plataformas virtuales de gestión escolar, en un colegio privado de la ciudad de Pereira. Se aclara que la presente es una investigación cualitativa con un enfoque psicoeducativo, cognitivo-conductual. En la misma se implementa la etnometodología y se realizan una encuesta exploratoria y un grupo focal por medio de los cuales se hizo posible revelar aspectos cualitativos como las emociones, los comportamientos y cogniciones de los docentes al desarrollar sus prácticas educativas de gestión escolar, haciendo uso de dichas plataformas, siendo evidente el factor predisponente de las experiencias, las emociones y el contexto en las actitudes. \ Abstract: This formative research, has as its objective to characterize, recognize and identify the attitudes of a group of teachers to perform their educational practices by making use of virtual platforms of school management, in a private school in the city of Pereira. It is clarified that this is a qualitative research with a psychoeducational approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy.
