Anserma is a municipality declared as part of the PCC with great historical, cultural and architectural wealth, which despite its declaration by UNESCO is not valued and has been forgotten by its habitants, due to different problems that both the territory and the Ansermeans have to go through, this is mainly due to the lack of management and contributions by government entities, the low interest of the habitants for their territory, and the little prominence that the municipality has been given throughout history. The problems that have arisen have been in charge of decoupling activities such as tourism and the economic growth of the city, generating an abandonment in architecture without taking care what this type of architecture and manners represents for the identity of the municipality and its habitants. Starting from the preliminary information that was obtained, it was possible to reach the conclusion that the problems in general terms are the state of conservation of the properties, the authenticity, the deterioration and the lack of identity. For the development of this research we begin by knowing the entire historical context of the urban development of the territory where the most important events stand out. After being able to know all the history told by the books, we continued with the first city visit in order to be able to speak in person with the Ansermeños of present. From being able to know the opinion of the people of Anserma, the lack of interest and their lack of identity in front of the municipality, it was necessary to understand the reason for this, that is why we decided to do to a city visit again and with the help of a question , making a comparison between what the Ansermeños consider as patrimony and what is really considered patrimony according to the characteristics of UNESCO. Finally, with the information collected, we propose the strategies that would help to solve the problems and the proposed objectives.
