Publicación Acceso abierto Desarrollo de Prácticas Educativas en el tema de Competencias Ciudadanas(2013-06-20) Díaz Garcés, María Cristina; Tabares Giraldo, Liliana Patricia; Basto Buitrago, Claudia Elena; Ospina Acevedo, Claudia FiorellaThis research describes educational practices around the topic of citizenship competencies, which apply eight teachers of the educational institution, as well as their degree of rapprochement and assimilation to the subject; given to which relevance, not only from the MEN (Ministry of education), but also from society itself, to the latter as a strategy that transversalizada to the PEI and the curriculum of the institutions. That is precisely where this research is relevant since the educational institution is located in one of the most vulnerable sectors of the municipality of Carthage with multiple social problems, one of the causes that gave rise to that from the Ministry of education, was selected from the year 2011 as institution pioneered to address the issue as a transverse axis in its formation. This research is addressed through the analysis of three categories that lead to give response to the issue that gave rise to it, such as educational practices, relationship master educating and powers citizen, being this last which mainstreams the entire investigation. Se aborda el análisis de tres categorías: vivencias, mujer y conciliación escolar, esta última transversal a toda la investigación. De acuerdo a los relatos de vida, se observó que el proceso de conciliación, más que un requisito de control dentro de las instituciones educativas, obedece a una necesidad incesante por conseguir la armonía tanto en la vida escolar como personal, propósito que es llevado a cabo por aquellos que tienen el anhelo de compartir espacios de sana convivencia con el otro, además de lograr cambios significativos mediante el dialogo, denotando habilidades que enriquecen la vida del ser humano, como lo son: la empatía, la resiliencia, la práctica de valores, el perdón y la autoconciliación.\ Abstract: This article presents the experiences in school conciliation in the city of Pereira 2017-2018, product of a qualitative research, was developed from the biographical design, through a focus group, inquiring about the significance in the school conciliation, according to the experiences of three women educators (two of them guidance counselors and one teacher) and three women students, who act as mediators in the IE Hernando Vélez Marulanda of the City of Pereira. The analysis of three categories is analyzed: experiences, women and school conciliation, this last one transversal to all the research. According to the life stories, it was observed that the conciliation process, rather than a requirement of control within educational institutions, obeys an incessant need to achieve harmony both in school and personal life, a purpose that is carried carried out by those who have the desire to share spaces of healthy coexistence with the other, in addition to achieving significant changes through dialogue, denoting skills that enrich the life of the human being, as they are: empathy, resilience, the practice of values , forgiveness and self-conciliation.
